1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AnLoNo application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
AnLoNo is a network proxy client application that supports multiple proxy protocols, rule-based traffic routing, and subscription management. The App is a client tool only and does not provide any proxy servers, network acceleration services, or access to any content.
3. Account Registration
You may register an account using your email address or a supported third-party sign-in provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to unauthorized access to networks, distribution of malware, or violation of third-party rights.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds for purchases made through app stores are handled by the respective store in accordance with its policies. For other payment methods, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, code, and content, are owned by AnLoNo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnLoNo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
